Patrick O’Keefe

Patrick is the Deputy Director of Edera’s Management Consulting Practice. His experience includes community-based healthcare, long-term care, financial management, internal controls, and OMB Circular A-123. He has a broad understanding of home and community-based services and federal regulations, policies, and processes. His experience includes management of national program implementation projects, development of policies and procedures in all areas of self-directed home care programs, business and financial process improvement, and data analysis.
