Kevin Carr, MD
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Edera and its affiliate, NCC, Kevin has more than 20 years of experience in patient care and health care consulting. Under his leadership, Edera develops and executes strategies that improve health care practices and processes for both patients and providers. His experience includes serving on the Yale School of Medicine faculty and forming a multistakeholder collaborative to implement a charity care network with centralized care management services for uninsured patients.

Felishia is a master’s-prepared and board-certified nurse clinical informatics specialist with expertise in clinical and technical electronic health record (EHR) solution implementations. Her experience includes project management for large, complex environments throughout all system development lifecycle phases. She has extensive experience in process mapping, as well as using data analytics and tools to develop strategies to solve complex health care challenges.

She serves as a creative resource for eLearning, training, innovation, and communication programs in need of attractive, intuitive illustration and design. She is experienced in creating supporting artwork for many types of programs and is an expert at transforming complex data and business content into digestible, eye-catching infographics.

Mark has more than 16 years of experience as a technology delivery lead, program manager, and technical architect of large-scale system implementations across multiple industries in the United States, Asia, and Europe. He is an expert at creating and delivering optimized solutions to complex client challenges and is an Oracle-Certified Implementation Specialist on WebLogic, Essbase, Hyperion Planning and Budgeting, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) solutions.

Patrick is the Deputy Director of Edera’s Management Consulting Practice. His experience includes community-based healthcare, long-term care, financial management, internal controls, and OMB Circular A-123. He has a broad understanding of home and community-based services and federal regulations, policies, and processes. His experience includes management of national program implementation projects, development of policies and procedures in all areas of self-directed home care programs, business and financial process improvement, and data analysis.
